church!

we are very thankful to have a new youth pastor and his family!  its is going to be a new and exciting ride ahead for the youth of beth haven but it is one we welcome with open minds and hearts
we are thankful that the lord had them move down here to take over from bro. tj.we are also thankful for all the work bro.tj put into the youth while he was our youth pastor we hope and pray transition will be easy and every thing go smoothe and as planned. thank you for every one who put in work for the youths sake .

VBS!!

Last vbs party went very well!Thank the Lord we had 2 new bus visits added to our bus.
17 people came and heard the Gospel lets pray our next vbs block party will be bigger we will be pacing out tracts for the party on Saturday make sure you come and help get the word out.People need to hear the Gospel how can they hear if we don't first invite them and then tell them about Christ love for them so please make sure you help pass tracts out!

to help make sure eveything is in place also try to make it to saterday visitation to help blits the appartment area and invite kids and parents to the party please and thank you to everyone that helps:)

Ice Fever!

the Beth haven people had an outing to the ice rink it was very nice getting out off 110 degree weather in to 50 degree weather.the laughter that went up as people slipped on the ice went up all around the people had a great time.The Beth haven people also go bowling at the Moore bowling allie to get times and dates contact MRS. Vinda Chitwood.

home sweet home!

Our church had a little outing the other week to California!

we had 16 people go to a Confrence for traning people of the church the

Confrence was great and the people that went from the church had a good time.

The classes covered a bunch of stuff and were very good and to the point.

The bus on the way out to California had a few problems, but for the

most part it was an ok ride!On the way back after having it worked on which

was a HUGE blessing  the man that worked on it worked on 

it for 2 days and did not charge anything for working on it!!

Some of the people in  the in the group went to Disney Land and had a blast.

On the way back home our group stopped off and vsited the Grand 

Canyon it was amazing to say the least more than people can imagine it 

to be it really showed God's handy work and awesome ability.While looking

at it I could not help, but wonder why people still think there is no God?

because looking at the Canyon it was evident to me that there had to be 

a God to make something as beautiful as that.As for the rest of our trip back home it was mostly spent by sleeping and playing a few games!Well it does feel good to blog again!

A BIG thanks to our bus drivers who got us there and got us back safely,

And a BIG thanks to our BIG, and AWESOME God for everything He does for us 

everyday and every hour.

Johnny's mother looked out the window and noticed him playing church with
there cat.He had the cat sitting quietly and he was preaching to  it.She smilled and went back to her work.A while later she heard a loud meowing and hissing.She ran back to the open window
to see what was happening.It was johnny baptizing the cat in a tub of water.
She called out,"Johnny Stop that! The cat is afraid of water!"
Johnny looked up and said,"He should of thought about that before he joined the church."

Under New Management!

Six months ago we sent our youth pastors family on a long trip.They came back june 15th and are back into almost full swing! The Lord has truly blessed our youth group in the area of great teachers that are in tune with God and that are willing and able to serve Him where ever he
might lead them. Praise be to Him for bringing them back to us with out any hitches!!!!
